Vancouver Personal Training (VPT) is a classy, intimate training studio where you will feel comfortable giving your all to achieve your fitness dreams. With a variety of fitness equipment you will never get bored with the same mundane routine. Whatever your fitness level, beginner to advanced, you will leave feeling like you had a great workout! There is no need to feel intimidated at VPT, we will start you at your own pace and together we will make great strides, pushing you beyond the limits you thought were possible.
