Vancouver Personal Training (VPT) is a classy, intimate training studio where you will feel comfortable giving your all to achieve your fitness dreams. With a variety of fitness equipment you will never get bored with the same mundane routine. Whatever your fitness level, beginner to advanced, you will leave feeling like you had a great workout! There is no need to feel intimidated at VPT, we will start you at your own pace and together we will make great strides, pushing you beyond the limits you thought were possible.
VPT is not a membership gym, when you arrive your training begins. The advantage of this type of gym is you won't have the distractions of others wandering around or staring at you while you exercise. This means 100% of the focus will be on making sure you receive the most effective workout possible. As your trainer I will be continually educating you, your workout doesn't end when you leave. I will be giving you homework, the main way you will see results is to practice a lifestyle of health! If you struggle with bad eating habits, we will find a strategy to help you change your habits. I believe in making progress, you don't need to change everything unhealthy habit over night. I'm more interested in you making continual growth. Do you normally ride the elevator?...... Try using the stairs instead. Do you normally go back for seconds on ice cream?...... Maybe cut it back to one bowl and not having it every day. Winning small victories every day is what it takes to be a victor in the weight loss battle.
