DO YOU PUSH PRODUCTS OR SUPPLEMENTS ON YOUR CLIENTS?

Nope, never.  My philosophy and the only thing I push is clean eating, avoiding processed foods, eating within your calorie range, drinking lots of water and of course exercise.

YOUR PRICES ARE LOWER THAN MANY OTHER GYMS, HOW DO YOU COMPARE THEM?

Many things set Vancouver Personal Training apart from other gyms.  We only do 1 on 1 personal training or partner training. This means you get 100% of our attention, unlike other gyms where many trainers and clients are stuffed into a small area waiting on equipment. Also you don’t have the distractions of others staring at you while you workout so if you are self conscious about your weight or embarrassed about your balance you won’t feel like you are performing for others.
